My Health Matters Fitness is a queer-owned, Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, weight-inclusive, and fat-positive personal training and group movement app. The app aims to provide services to individuals of all body types and abilities, fostering a supportive environment, especially for marginalized communities.
With a focus on inclusivity, the app offers a variety of large group classes such as spin, TRX, yoga, dance, and boxing. Additionally, users can access small group sessions that are full-body focused.
